Therapy for high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and unhealthy relationship patterns. A private place to set the weight down.
But on the inside, it sounds more like this.
I'm mentally exhausted, even after a full night's sleep.
I'm always the strong one, the one everyone leans on.
My mind won't stop. The overthinking just loops.
Work drains something in me a weekend can't refill.
My relationships leave me quietly questioning myself.
I can't rest without the guilt creeping in.
Therapy can become the one place where you don't have to perform.
Practical tools to quiet the constant mental noise and reconnect with yourself, so your mind stops running the show.
Support for demanding careers, leadership pressure, and the slow-burn exhaustion of always operating at full capacity.
Heal attachment wounds, set boundaries without guilt, and build relationships that feel emotionally safe.
Therapy is a relationship. A steady, confidential one with someone whose work is to pay close attention to what you're carrying and reflect it back with care. Most of a session feels like an honest conversation. You talk through what's heavy and what's going well, your hopes and your setbacks, and I offer compassionate, grounded perspective along the way. You stay the author of your own story. My role is to help you read it more clearly.
So much of our healing happens in relationship. Many people begin with individual therapy, and there are seasons when bringing in a partner or family changes everything, softening the patterns that keep repeating and making room for something healthier between you.
Life sometimes comes with paperwork. For clients who need FMLA or ADA documentation, whether for medical leave, a work schedule that makes room for therapy, or an emotional support animal accommodation, I complete the required forms using the least identifying language possible. Your health information stays confidential and protected, and nothing identifying is ever shared without your signed consent. Current clients can request their records at any time, with a valid ID to release them.
Hi, I'm Jasmine Groves, LPC-S. I believe people don't need to be fixed. They need a space steady enough to finally exhale in.
My work helps ambitious professionals heal from anxiety, burnout, trauma, and unhealthy relationship patterns, so you can move through life with more peace, more confidence, and a deeper sense of emotional freedom.

Yes. Sessions are held entirely online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, available to clients anywhere in Texas. You can show up from wherever you feel most at ease.
I'm currently a private-pay practice, which keeps your care fully confidential and unhurried. I'm glad to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Individual sessions run about 50 minutes. Some clients begin with a slightly longer first session so we have room to understand the full picture.
Mostly, we talk. I'll learn what brought you here and what you're hoping for, and you'll get a feel for how I work. There's nothing to prepare and nothing you have to get right.
Most clients start weekly, which builds momentum early on. As things settle, many move to every other week. We'll set a rhythm that fits your life and your goals.
If you've been carrying more than you let on, therapy is worth a conversation. The consultation exists exactly for this. No commitment, just a chance to see if it feels right.

Schedule a ConsultationReaching Associate status is a real milestone, and it's where the deeper work of becoming a clinician begins. I offer fully virtual supervision to LPC Associates across Texas, built around more than logging hours. Supervision here is intentional and growth focused: sharpening your clinical judgment, deepening your self awareness, and supporting you at every stage on the path to full licensure. Individual and group formats are available.
One on one supervision shaped around your caseload, your questions, and your goals. This is where clinical skill and real confidence get built, session by session, with support tailored to where you are.
Monthly supervision alongside other Associates walking the same path, with discussion on the topics most relevant to newer clinicians. There is real value in growing beside people who understand the road you are on.
It is hard to know where to stand at the beginning. Every Associate receives a starting guide to help you assess where you are now, set clear goals, and focus your growth as a practitioner.
Emotional intelligence is one of the most underrated skills a therapist can build. It sharpens how you understand and connect with clients, and it carries into your leadership and relationships. Available to Associates at a reduced rate.
